Personal Lines Account Manager

Account Manager will be responsible for development of personal lines of insurance through direct marketing with pre-approach letters to potential customers, calling the telemarketing leads that are developed by the telemarketing company, and developing sales from the call in business that already has insurance with our agency. Sixty percent of the Account Manager's time will be spent selling new lines of insurance. Forty percent of the time will be spent servicing the existing business of the agency.

Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in insurance sales, hold a CIC designation, CISR, CPIA or CPCU or higher designation and be motivated by selling and servicing accounts for the agency.

Income will be a base salary commensurate with experience, and sales bonuses on a quarterly qualification basis. Full benefits, including Group Disability, Short Term and Long Term, Group Life, and Key Person Life.

Qualifying individuals will have the ability to earn commissions on certain types of insurance sales.

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Account Manager will be responsible for development of commercial lines of insurance through direct marketing with pre-approach letters to potential customers, calling and developing commercial insurance proposals through the various brokerages available, and developing and placing insurance for the people that call our agency wanting various types of insurance. Fifty percent of the Account Manager's time will be spent in new business, and fifty percent of the time will be spent servicing and rounding out the existing policyholders of the agency.

Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in commercial insurance sales or service. Must hold a CIC, CISR, CPIA, or CPCU designation or higher. Must be motivated by selling and servicing accounts for the agency.

Income will be a base salary commensurate with experience. Sales bonuses will be earned on a quarterly basis, with a possibility of capturing the year's quarterly bonus at year end if any segment was missed during the regular year.
